The AMI Breast Imaging Patient Portal provides secure online access to your breast imaging exam results and upcoming breast imaging appointment reminders. Before accessing your exam results, you will need to setup an account. Once your account has been setup, you will be able to access your exam results and letters in the document tab.
Step 1:
At the time of registration, please provide our front desk staff with a valid email address.
Step 2:
When you receive the new account email, you will be prompted to setup your username and password. You will receive notification when your breast imaging exam results are available.
Step 3:
Log in to the portal to review your results and letters in the document tab.

What information is available in the AMI breast imaging patient portal?
The following information will be available to you in the portal:
• Notification Letter: this letter provides a non-clinical summary of your exam results.
• Referring Physician Letter: this report contains the clinical findings from your exam and is sent to your referring clinician.
• Recall Letter: this letter is a reminder to schedule your breast imaging appointment.
What do I need to do first?

What happens after I have submitted my email?
You will receive an initial email to setup your online account from the AMI patient portal team.
When will my results be available in the AMI breast imaging patient portal?
The system is designed so that your letter is available to you in approximately 5-7 business days. If your prior breast imaging studies were done at another facility, the time may extend to approximately 15-30 days so that we can obtain your prior study and compare to your current exam.
Will I get my letter if my email or computer fails?
Yes. If you have not viewed your letter within 7 days of being available on the portal, you will automatically be mailed a printed copy of your letter.
Who can sign up for the patient portal?
We currently offer this option to our breast imaging patients only.
What if I want to sign up but my spouse and I have one email address?
Please keep in mind that notifications regarding your breast imaging results and future appointments will be sent to the email you provided. It is your responsibility to provide us with a secure email address that can be used for these messages.
